Hey guys, sorry I haven't been around lately; I was wondering if this was the best place to put a thread in regards to a guerrilla style Wikipedian insurgency. I've had a few thoughts on how to proceed with it and i'd like to share them all with you.

What happened to me, NSLE, SPUI, etc. should never ever be allowed to happen again, and i'll do what I can to stop that kind of thing happening in the future. I was getting tired of spinning my wheels, so I figured i'd ask you all for some help/feedback if you'd like to give it.

Just three things for now.

1. I won't put any "confidential" stuff on here (sorry gang): if I have something to say on here, I don't mind anybody reading it, friend or foe.

2. I started up a sockpuppet awhile back and I think it's on the way to adminship at this rate. Please don't ask me the name of it, I'm not sharing the name with anybody no matter who they are(no offense).

3. I've found a co-author for the Wikipedia book, hopefully she can help me out of my gigantic writer's block towards the thing i've had for the past few months.

See you all in a bit, and remember....

The Wheel of Karma always comes around, but sometimes it needs a push. The people who most users here dislike have bad karma, and it looks like it'll need a push from many of us.

Thanks, I also think it's been worthwhile. I wish they didn't have me blocked so thoroughly on #wikipedia, but then there's so much teenage garbage on that channel that it's probably better that I don't waste any time there. Karmafist, there are spies everywhere, and this ain't no conspiracy theory:

freenode #wikipedia-en, New York City time zone

[Jul 30 2006 21:06:06] <Aranda56> I mean RFA opps
[Jul 30 2006 21:06:37] <Aranda56> He admitted that he had a sock, someone with checkuser can just do one and block the sock
[Jul 30 2006 21:08:28] <wmarsh> Honestly how many sockpuppet admins have there really been
[Jul 30 2006 21:08:47] <wmarsh> They think they can do it, but they don't realize how annoying people find them. FSF tried and failed.
[Jul 30 2006 21:09:14] <Aranda56> FSF?
[Jul 30 2006 21:09:30] <wmarsh> From his post though, Karmafist's sock probably supported Phaedrel's RfA

Heh, that's why I posted it on here, just to get their little teenage cabal minds sweating it :-)

If there's something I need to keep secret, i'm not about to go blabbing it on some internet forum.

And to think, I once considered Aranda a friend.

I am not particularly concerned with checkuser, i've used checkusers on other sites so I know how it works and how to get around it or give them a pyhrric victory. If all they've got is thinking that my sock supported Phaedriel's rfa, that's kind of sad considering that basically the entire Western Hemisphere supported Phaedriel's rfa.

Oh, and trust me, I am a completely different person depending on the situation. Head over to Merrimackforum.org sometime -- they generally seem to think that I am the exact opposite of the Che Guevarra avatar I seem to have here (it'd be nice if I could combine the diplomat and the revolutionary, but all in good time), different circumstances can have huge impacts on how people act.

Aw, all that work and you left out the actually useful bit where I gave useful information about how we, the cabal, would actually find Karmafist's sock when we decide to do it.

(And apparently the parts where I make fun of people who worry about your logging of IRC.)

I wait with bated breath for your "decision", my friend (IMG:smilys0b23ax56/default/laugh.gif)

You're just going to block people that have no idea who I am, and make me more allies(the words likely from their lips will be "what the fuck is wrong with these people?"), so by all means, run with that idea. (IMG:smilys0b23ax56/default/smile.gif)

But you've already violated the first rule of Multiple Online Personality Management just by admitting to doing it!

Y'know, that's a very good point. I've noticed that many people (particularly on Wikipedia, natch) are somewhat unable to understand that concept... I'd say "it never fails to amaze me," but I guess it doesn't really amaze me.

Anyway, you should hang around Uncyclopedia more, K! We haven't seen you in a couple of months.
