Really, is this necessary?
Admittedly Lereah wrote a lot of real-estate-pumping books and articles, but he's no guiltier than thousands of others in creating the real-estate bubble. I'd place more blame on the sleazy bankers and government swells who aggressively encouraged people to speculate using subprime ARMs. So why does Lereah deserve a BLP that seeks to portray him (repeatedly) as a joke? He's already being pilloried on Amazon. |
