I think those you just get more or less automatically by asking whoever. I was going to pick on him some but then I read his user page and actually felt a bit bad for him.

Of course you have to post it and his other "dox," which he has moronically made freely available on other sites. Otherwise, you would deny him what every wikipediot desires most: his chance to crawl up on his cross and play at martyrs. "O! Eric and the other haters at WR are outing me in their anti-free culture, pro-SOPA campaign! Woe, woe is me!" Then after a few weeks, days, hours or minutes (depending on the depths of his wiki addiction) he starts using one of his socks as his new main account and goes back to wiki-wanking as before. On the off chance his prior account is revealed (usually by another editor in a dispute or opposing his RFA), he'll claim "wikihounding" by the evil minions of The Copyright Regime, and then will promptly revert to another one of his socks. Wash, rinse, repeat.

Talk about a road rutted up to the axles . . . .
