Those inclined towards men are too busy photographing their anuses to tend to that shortage at the moment.

Edit: Also the Spanking category has this helpful notice: "Please note that low-quality images with no realistic educational use nor a purpose within the Wikimedia projects may be deleted. For further information, see Commons:Nudity."

Unfortunately they have 102 (arguably 103) photos more than is necessary for "realistic educational use."
