The "Master Baiter" award could be limited to just males. That would have worked also.

It might, however, be deemed another indication of gender prejudice.

As it turns out, the two front runners for "Miss Incongeniality" are both ostensibly female. Did the title influence the voting? I don't think we'll ever really know.

I doubt it influenced the voting, but we might be accused of general-purpose sexism just for calling it that, I suppose. Women are always under more scrutiny for personal behavior than men - men are expected to be aggressive, whereas women are expected to be... I think the word is "demure," no? So we might be helping to perpetuate the cultural imbalance, maybe.

Having said that, you actually left out User:Pschemp, who is female and might have gotten a vote or two! Also, Kelly Martin isn't an admin anymore...?

What I really want to know is who is going to place the awards on the winners' Talk pages? Someone has been repeatedly vandalising Slim's talk page, so perhaps he's a recruit, though the insertions don't last long (said the Bishop to the Actress).

Maybe we could disguise them as "real" barnstars? That would be a laugh.

I really think we ought to disqualify Kelly Martin from the Miss Incongeniality pageant, which is bound to ruffle some feathers, seeing as how she just pulled ahead in the polling. I accept responsibility for not making it more explicit that only admins were eligible. I actually took the list of nominees from last year's competition, at which time she was in fact an admin. I hope Kelly doesn't make a big stink about being cheated out of a victory here.

It looks like SlimVirgin is going to take the honors once again, with a strong showing by Cyde. Past favorite Snowspinner has apparently left the field, unable to sustain the kind of vigorous and robust asininity that made him such a formidable contender in last year's competition.

After Kelly Martin was disqualified, as she is not presently an admin, there seems to be nothing holding SlimVirgin back from a stunning victory in the Miss Incongeniality Pageant. The only cliffhanger is the Straight Shooter competition, with Tawker and Ashibaka running neck and neck. Cast your votes now! The excitement is building!

The final results are in for the 2007 WP:DICK of Distinction polling. In an amazing eleventh-hour upset victory, Cyde (17 points) takes the honors, with SlimVirgin (16 points) making a strong showing in the runner-up position. Third place goes to Will Beback (5 points,) with Zoe in the fourth position and Jayjg in fifth.


And this year's "Jimbo" goes to... Cyde!


Despite her narrow loss to Cyde, SlimVirgin has continued to be a real juggernaut in the WP:DICK competition, with a unique style and an aggressive, take-no-prisoners sportsmanship that has inspired numerous Fan Sites like this one.

The buzz around tinseltown is that next year Jayjg may be up for a Best Supporting Admin, due to his acclaimed work with SlimVirgin in the tag-team POV Pushing events. Critics are comparing their interplay to some of the all-time great "buddy movies" like "Lethal Weapon." Hey, look! Wikipedia actually has an article on buddy cop movies!

SlimVirgin also swept the Miss Incongeniality Pageant, after Kelly Martin was disqualified for not being a current admin, in a move that brought inevitable comparisons to East German olympic athletes. The competition for second place was intense, ending in a three-way tie between Will Beback, Radiant and Fred Bauder.

The Straight Shooter Award, for admins that actually try to play a constructive role, this year was awarded jointly to Ashibaka and Tawker, who received equal votes in the polling. Mailer Diablo came in second, with Honorable Mention for Antadrus, FCYTravis, Firsfron, and Rama's Arrow.

As far as I'm concerned , Wikipedia Jzg is a Marxists cyber thug with delusions of grandeur and allusions of elitism which knows no bounds - Drunk with power - without having to answer to anybody or anything.

Put it very simply, his behavior on Wikipedia, is likened to a brutal, Stalinist thug, and deserves little if no respect. He's part of a cadre of lying administrators which creates and encourage a toxic editing environment where distortions and revisionist history is the predominant culture. A culture that is no different then the Outer party drones in Orwell's nightmare 1984.

In fact, Wikipedia could be the cyber equivalent of the dynamics outline and played out in that book.

It would be my humble opinion, that Wikipedia should be either shutdown or sued out of existence by those who are hurt by its lies and slander and defamation as well as those whose work is stolen by Wikipedia.
