What are the possible legal ramifications to each of the following? For simplicity, let's assume we're talking United States law.

1. Editors/Admins/etc. that are outed by a 3rd party? What would their liability potentially be for any on-Wiki actions?

2. What legal recourse if any could they have versus those that outed them?

3. What legal liability or recourse could a web site, it's ownership, etc., taking part in any outing, have?
