This was a fascinating article. Just one quote:
"Dror Kamir, a leading Israeli Wikipedia promoter, showed how Lod is not listed as a city in Israel in Wikipedia's Arabic-language version. "

Apparently they see nothing wrong with the English Wikipedia article about Lod, which contains such gems as "According to the Jewish traveler Benjamin of Tudela, in 1170 there was a Jewish dyer living in Lod with his family".

And that is all it say, about the citizens of this city ..from the Crusader period to the 20.th century.

...Am I the only one who feels, something, maybe, is missing from the picture here?
