I can only find two articles for the Singapore Hit Awards in en-wiki:

One for 2005 and one for 2007.

Did they give out awards in other years? Who knows? You could examine the official website....if you can read Chinese ideograms.

And isn't it a bit strange to see so much un-romanized Chinese in en-wiki articles?......
