As I recall, Javert acted on principle.

Principle's just another word that Wikipediots have freed from the surly bonds of meaning — that is, within their own domain.

Well, yes. The principle was "Condemned means condemned."

So you really mean observing the oblivious.

Who knows what Jon means? But over at Wikiversity, I am most definitely observing the oblivious.

In fact, for a while I was using a watchdog character named Los Obliviados (a pun on Los Olvidados).

Speaking of puns, Dogbiscuit, are you familiar with the Spike Jones parody of the William Tell Overture? (You're in it.)

By the way, Spike Jones (like Red Buttons) was also a redhead.

And it was also Spike Jones who originally performed one of Kato's favorite sendups that was reprised for Jimbo.
