I very nearly spat out my beverage when I read this quote: “You can't say Wikipedia is slow to innovate,” said Marshall Kirkpatrick at ReadWriteWeb.

The article helpfully provided a link (broken) to that article. ReadWriteWeb (which really should know better), also rolls out the Nature-study-says-WP-is-better-than-Brittanica canard. Article is here.

I have publicly called Marshall Kirkpatrick "one of the most facile reporters on ReadWriteWeb."
