I remember this doofus when he was running around various WMF projects last year so so, yea. "Badge collecting" seems to be a spot-on descriptor.

It's a shame Jeff G. didn't make it. It has been clear for a long time that WP is going to hell. More Twinklely, Hugglely, ARSehole man-children like him on the admin squad can do much to speed that process.
