No, I think he's a good example of Randian "contexual certainty." Which, actually, is not a good thing. It's common in narcissists, though, which Rand was. They always think they are right, and if they are later proven wrong, they will tell you that they made the correct decision for the information they had at the time. Think W. Bush.
Beginning to wonder if Obama's the same-but-worse. It may help with leadership for the leader not to
show any doubts, like Ike Eisenhower or FDR smiling all the time. But if they really HAVE no inner doubts, and actually manically think they CAN fix everything, then it's time to be afraid. A good leader needs to be scared shitless half the time, even if they don't show it. I'm just hoping Obama worries much more than he lets on, but I fear that he does not.
