In the case of Jon513, a big clue is found in SlimVirgin's wikifast stunt of a couple months back.

Here's another one to sate you for now: Just go throught the edit histories of this article and its talk page to see all sorts of synchrinicities emerge. Take your time...nothing is obvious at first. Pay attention to the timestamps and the many comings and goings.

As much as I would love this to be true, I think it is probably a snipe hunt. SV had her snit on May 29 and came back on June 4. Jon513 made no edits between May31 and June 3. That isn't going to convince anyone to run a checkuser. And vis Partnership_minyan, SV edited it on 3 days: May 9, May 11, Jun21, and Jon513 never edited it.
