Precisely the sort of article we need to see more of... It's too small an issue to garner wide attention, but a clear example of the sort of corporate POV shenanigans that could hopefully scare off the PR firms and (with any luck) get them to think about expending their efforts on helping to marginalize Wikipedia as a motley assortment of "anti-corporate cranks," rather than promoting it as a free vehicle for their clients.
The problem is knowing where to look - these folks can be pretty sneaky...
