Michael, you have left far too much work for the reader to do. Your link will no longer be relevant in a month when the Talk page is archived. Try to do a better job explaining to us what's going on, and then we'll take the time to bother looking into it.
Here's a permalink of Talk page at the time of this post. The entire talk page as of now is about moving the "People's Republic of China" article to simply "China". China being a nation, and the PRC being one of two states claiming to be representative of the whole nation (the mainland + Taiwan).
I also complained about Quigley's pro-PRC meddling in the past:http://wikipediareview.com/index.php?showt...ear#entry260567
I'm the only one who noticed Quigley's activities:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:2011_Xilinhot_incident
Quigley prefers the official PRC's position to anything else.
Quigley denies having strong feelings for China:http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=...oldid=396852685
Yet he also seems very protective of China, or maybe I'm jumping to conclusions again.
