And it's not even that good on Wikipedia. There are levels, of course. Admin, Bureaucrat, Checkuser, ArbCom and so on. But you cant't get them just by your own efforts; it's all politics. I'd bet Mr. Knapp wouldn't get anywhere if he stood for ArbCom.
